POCONO LAKE, PA (August 13, 2011)—Peter Gallagher, Liberty Homes Custom Builders General Manager, was awarded 2010 Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania (BIANEPA), during the 4th Annual Keystone Awards at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, Saturday, August 13, 2011.
Gallagher is an active member of The Pocono Builders Association (PBA ), having served as president, board member, treasurer, secretary and first vice president, in addition to heading up the finance and government affairs committees. He has also served as Regional Legislative Officer and is presently the Regional Vice President of the PBA. He is a certified and elected PA State Constable and a realtor for Liberty Homes Real Estate, Pocono Lake, PA. He resides with his wife and son in Tannersville.
Liberty Homes earned four additional awards in the following categories: Single-Family Home up to 2,000-square footage, up to $200k; Residential Additions up to $75k; Residential Additions over $75k; and Single-Family Home up to 2,000-square footage, under $250k. A total of 24 awards were presented.
